ORDINANCE NO. 1284 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE II, CHAPTER 1, SECTION 2100 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Article II, Chapter 1, Section 2100 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 2100. COUNCIL MEETINGS." "(a) The regular and special meetings of the Council shall be held in the City Hall located on the southeast corner of South Claudina and East Center Streets, in this City and the regular meetings shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 o'clock P.M., provided that in the event that the second or fourth Tuesday in any month shall fall upon the first day of January, the 12th day of February, the 22nd day of February, the 30th day of May, the 4th of July, the 9th day of September, the 12th day of October, the 25th day of December, or any day ap pointed by the President of the United States to For the Government at the Stages of California and for public feast, thanksgiving or holiday, then and in that event, the regular meeting shall be held on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday, at the hour of 7:00 o'clock P.M. "(b) Provided, however, that when the City Council Chambers are being remodeled or repaired or are otherwise not available for the holding of said Council meetings, such Council meetings may be held in such other place or places in the City as shall be designated by the City Council for such period of time as is reasonably necessary to complete remodeling or repairs or otherwise make the City Council Chambers again available for the holding of said meetings." SECTION 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an urgency ordinance and its enactment is an urgency ordinance is necessary for the protection of public health, safety and welfare on the City of Anaheim and for the efficient and prompt transaction of necessary City business to hasten the completion of the remodeling of the City Council Chambers in the shortest possible time and with the assistance of taxpayers; thus holding of Council meetings at the Council Chambers during the progress of said remodeling necessities other facilities prior to each meeting tates the removal of scaffolding and other facilities prior to each meeting and the return and installation of such facilities after meeting while delays the completion of said remodeling; that it is essential and urgent in order to provide for the orderly and prompt transaction of City business and the completion of said remodeling of the Council Chambers that Council meetings... ORDINANCE NO. 1222 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ARTICLE CHAPTER I OF THE ANAHEIM NUTRITIONAL DOCTRY TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND YARD SPACE ADOPTION MAP SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS USED THEREIN; PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENT AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VARIATION AND REPEALING OF SECTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and a resolution declaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described did fix a time and place for the holding of a public hearing on the manner and as prescribed in Article XII of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did duly hold and conduct said public hearing to consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and did receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and did recommend changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 185-Series 1957-58 of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 4th day of March, 1958, as the time of Council Chamber in the City Hall of City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed change or changes of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Article XIX, Chapter of the Anaheim Municipal Code; WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to hear and do receive evidence and reports, and thus consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and did adopt Resolutions No. 4388 & 4453, finding and determining that a change or changes of zone should be made in order to regulate the use of land, height of buildings and yard spaces; adopting a map showing the changes hereby approved. SECTION 3. The Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and also cause the same to be printed on within fifteen (15) days after adoption, in the Anaheim Gazette newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in City and thereby (15) days after adoption, in City and thereby (15) days after adoption, as final passage as taken effect and be in full force. That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: to wit.
