Anaheim Gazette Sept. 4, 11 and 15, 1883) NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE No. 322 054 In the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Los Angeles. In the Matter of the Estate of FRANK BORGIA, a Missing Person. Notebooks hereby given that the undersigned will sell at private sale to the highest and best bidder subject to confirmation of said Superior Court, on or after the 19th day of September, 1958, at the office of Charles M. Hughes, 417 S. Hill St., Suite 670, Los Angeles, State of California, all the right, title and interest of said missing person in and to all the certain and property situate in the County of Orange, State of California, particularly described as follows: to-wit: That portion of lot 32 of Tract No. 166, in the county of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in book 12, pages 9, 16, and 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an angle point on the southwesterly line of said lot 32 at the easterly end of the course designated as "North 76° 60' West 141.00", said point of beginning being at the southeasterly corner of that certain property described in seed recorded in book 202 page 419, Official Records; and thence North 28° 28' East, 276.65 feet to an acute point on the center line of Meas Drive, as shown on said map of Tract No. 166; thence South 42° East along said center line, 72.02 feet; thence South 49° 07' West 266.45 feet to a point on the southwesterly line of said lot 32 of Tract No. 166, which is distant 51° 30' East 26.59 feet from the point of beginning; thence North 51° 30' West 26.59 feet to the point of beginning.
