Shipment of full cylinders and return of county cylinders to be prepaid by bidder any location requested by the buyer. All these inquiries and past usage of chlorine is available at the office of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer, 719 S. Loara Street, Anaheim, or the office of the City Clerk, the City Hall, Anaheim, California. and shall be tabulated by the City Engineer and the result thereof reported to the City Council at its next regular or adjourned regular meeting, for action thereon by said Council. All bidders are requested to visit all of the sites to be supplied and to arrange for inspection of bidder's facilities by buyer. The Contract to be awarded shall be for a period of one (1) year from date of contract, and all bids and deliveries of objection shall accordance with specifications therefor on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim and the office of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer at 719 S. Loara Street, Anaheim, California. The City Council of the City of Anaheim reserves the right to reject any and all bids and parts of bids and to accept bids in whole or in part as the public interest and necessity may require, and to waive any legal sale bid to the extent authorized by law.
