Anaheim Gazette June 12, 1954) NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE No. 296,322 In the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County, of Los Angeles In the Matter of the Estate of JOHN HENRY THOMAS, also known as JOHN H. THOMAS and as J. H. THOMAS, deceased. Notices is hereby given that the undersigned will sell all personal title to the highest and best bidder, subject to confirmation of said Superior Court, on or after the 27th day of June, 1958, at the office of Cyril A. Walton, 1819 West Sixth St., Los Angeles, State of California, all the right, title and interest of said deceased at the time of death and all the right, title and interest that the estate of said deceased has acquired by operation of law or otherwise, other than act in addition to that of said deceased, all the time of death, in and to all the certain real property attested in the county of Orange, State of California, particularly described as follows, to-wit: An undivided one-third interest in and to Lot 8, Block 2, Section 2, Balboa Island, as per map recorded in Book 6, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County. Members of the regiment's 1st Battalion acted as "friendly" troops who tried to capture an atomic and bacteriological center being held by "enemy" forces from the 2nd Battalion.
