NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE

In the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County, of Los Angeles
In the Matter of the Estate of JOHN HENRY THOMAS, also known as JOHN H. THOMAS and as J. H. THOMAS, deceased.
Notices is hereby given that the undersigned will sell all personal title to the highest and best bidder, subject to confirmation of said Superior Court, on or after the 27th day of June, 1958, at the office of Cyril A. Walton, 1819 West Sixth St., Los Angeles, State of California, all the right, title and interest of said deceased at the time of death and all the right, title and interest that the estate of said deceased has acquired by operation of law or otherwise, other than act in addition to that of said deceased, all the time of death, in and to all the certain real property attested in the county of Orange, State of California, particularly described as follows, to-wit:
An undivided one-third interest in and to Lot 8, Block 2, Section 2, Balboa Island, as per map recorded in Book 6, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County.
Terms of sale cash In lawful money of the United States on confirmation of sale. Ten per cent of amount bid to be deposited with bid.
Bids or offers to be in writing and will be received at the aforesaid office at any time after the first publication hereof and before date of sale.

CAMP PENDLETON — Marine Pfc. George W. McDaniel, son of Mrs. Mayme Stuckey of 10681 Humor Dr., Anaheim, took part in a regimental battalion landing exercise held by the 1st Marine Division's 5th Regiment, May 15-19, at Camp Pendleton.
Members of the regiment's 1st Battalion acted as "friendly" troops who tried to capture an atomic and bacteriological center being held by "enemy" forces from the 2nd Battalion.
On completion of the exercise the Leathernecks returned to ships waiting offshore.
