Boat and Fashion Show Planned for Shoppers in East Anaheim Center
Barbara Allen, a student at Mater Dei high school, and Janie Gregg of Fremont Junior High School, model clothes as they sit and talk about the coming boat and fashion show at the East Anaheim Center. They are modeling clothes from the sportswear section of the W. T. Grant Store.
Boats and pretty girls — always an attraction — are combined in a gala week-end "outing" this Friday and Saturday at East Anaheim Center, Anaheim-Olive Road and Placentia Ave.
The new shopping center will be "busting out all over" with a big boat and equipment show Friday evening and all day Saturday.

The fashion shows will be directed by Mrs. Rose Day, fashion coordinator for Grant's department store.
Boat Show Features
Among feature attractions of California Custoff Boys display a 14-foot executive and a 12-foot fiberglass rooftop of the Mqrs. line.
Dutton's Marine Mart will exhibit two boat trailers: a 15-foot Trider par mounted with new 50 HP motor and a 16-foot runabout with a 34 HP Each will be mounted on Imperial boat trailer by metal fabricators.
Gilbert's Boats of Ana will show an unfinished deluxe boat with 34 HP motor and a finished 14-boat with 50 HP motor.
