THE HILGENFELDS None of the others compete when you compare LOOKS • PERFORM BEATS THE BEST OF THE LOW-PRICE THREE— FOR LESS MONEY! Match this big, bold Chieftain against the top models of the "low-price three" and it takes them on all counts! IT'S BIGGER—with a whopping 122' wheelbase cradling roomy stretch-out interiors. IT'S MORE POWERFUL—they all fall far short of Pontiac's joweled-action Tempest 395 power. IT'S MORE ADVANCED—bringing to the low-price field the boldest engineering in history: Aero-Frame stability . . . Quadra-Poise roadability . . . Circlesof-Steel safety. And Pontiac provides color-coordinated interiors and wall-to-wall carpeting as standard equipment. IT'S MORE CAR—with scores of "extras" at no extra cost—oversize tires, Safety Plate Glass all around, crank-operated ventipanes, to name a few. So why buy a smaller car when Pontiac gives you more for less? Check into it and see. held the boldest engineering in history: Aero-Frame stability . . . Quadra-Poise roadability . . . Superintendent Dysinger writes, "The events of the past three months have caused the whole world to look skyward . . . Those of us who serve in your school feel that this is a wonderful time to be in the classroom. There is so much that is new and changing. Your child's horizon has been extended far beyond our wildest dreams. We want to have the answers or help them find the answers. We desire to lead them in the new-paths. "We want your child to face the future unafraid. In our lifetime we have had the spectre of poisonous gas and germ warfare threaten to wipe out mankind. Rightly used, we have seen these same substances benefit mankind in the control of insects and disease. "We want them to be proud of this nation. America will only be a 'second best' country when we give up trying."" Benjamin Franklin started the first German-language newspaper in the United States in 1752.
