PEANUT AND CARROT LOAF
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup coarse ground peanuts
1 cup strained tomatoes
1 cup crumbs
1½ tablespoons fat
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 teaspoon chopped parsley Salt
Chop separately carrots and peanuts, or put through food chopper using coarse knife. Add other ingredients. Place in greased loaf pan and bake 1¼ hour in 350 degree oven.
PEANUT BUTTER AND PICKLE SANDWICHES
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup chopped pickle
¼ cup cream or hot water
Thin buttered slices of bread
Cream peanut butter and cream together. Add chopped pickle. Spread between buttered slices of thin bread.
PEANUT SOUFFLE
1 tablespoon fat
6 tablespoons flour
¾ cup peanut butter
1½ teaspoon salt
Few drops lemon juice
1½ cups scalded milk
4 eggs
Melt fat and add flour, peanut butter and seasonings. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add scalded milk, continue cooking until mixture reaches boiling point. Remove from fire, pour hot mixture over well beaten egg yolks, mixing thoroughly. Cool, and fold in egg whites that have been beaten until stiff and dry. Place in greased ring mold, set in pan of water and bake 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

¼ cup raisins
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
