PKG. 25 What if any person claiming or asserting by virtue of any notice or publication at Los Angeles and Office of the Bureau of Land Management at Los Angeles with 180 days from the below-mentioned date of first publication of this Notice, a verified statement which shall set forth as to such mining claim: (1) the date of location; (2) the book and page recordation of the notice or certificate of location; (3) the addition of the public servers which subdue such mining claim; or if such lands are underwrapped either the section or sections which would probably embrace such mining claim when the public surveys are extended to such mine no later than 24 hours and distance to an approved United States mineral monument; (4) whether each claimant is a locator or purchaser under such location; and (5) the name and address of such claimant and haines and addresses so far as known to the claimant of any other notice or publication any interest in such unpatented mining claim; such failure shall be conclusively deemed (1) to constitute a waiver and reinclusion of such mining claim of any right or title to or interest in or under such mining claim contrary to or in conflict with said notice or publication. Section 4 provides generally such unpatented mining claims located after July 28, shall not be used for purposes other than mining or uses reasonable incident thereto; that such claims will be subject to the right of the United States to manage and dispose of the remaining surface resources thereof and to manage other surface resources thereof; and that, except for the extent required for mining operations and uses reasonably incident thereto or to provide clearance for such operations or uses, claims of such claims shall not use or disclose of measured or otherwise sources thereof; and that, except for permission for such purposes, any permitted severance or removal must be in accordance with sound principles of forest management.
