Bilheimer announced today. The store is the ninth for the sixty-four year old southern California apparel firm. With the opening of the new unit, the Silverwoods group of stores will extend from Santa Barbara to Orange County. Edward W. Carter, President of Broadway-Hale Department Stores and Mayor Pearson of Anaheim will welcome Silverwoods at a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. Many Los Angeles and Orange County notables are expected to attend the three-day opening celebrations Friday, Saturday and Monday, April 5, 6 and 8. Each day there will be favors for all visitors and special drawings for valuable door prizes. The new 15,000 square foot unit is contemporary in motif and emphatically suburban in layout, decoration and coloring. Sprinkle generously with seasoned salt and nutmeg. Form into 4 large patties. Lay each on slice of bacon, then bring ends of bacon up over top of pattie. Fasten with pick. Broil on each side until browned and bacon is crisp, about 6 to 10 minutes total. Place pineapple ring on top of each until heated through and glazed.
