"The use of parking lights as driving lights is strictly prohibited by law," declared Patrol Commissioner B. R. Caldwell. "The only exception for moving vehicles is when a parking light is used as an approved turn signal." "The use of parking lights when driving tend to deceive other drivers and create a definite hazard traffic," Caldwell stated.
