B2 - Anaheim Gazette Anaheim Gazette, Thurs., Jan. 31, 1957 MOZZARELLA SPAGHETTI 1 tablespoon salt 3 quarts boiling water 8 ounces spaghetti 1 10½-ounce can spaghetti sauce with meat ¼ cup chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste ¼ pound Mozzarella cheese, sliced Add 1 tablespoon salt to rapidly boiling water. Gradually add spaghetti so that water continues to boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain in colander. Combine spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, parsley and salt and pepper; mix well. Turn into greased 2-quart casserole; top with cheese. Cover and bake in moderate oven (350°) 45 minutes.
