HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPPINGS 4 lean pork chops 4-6 peeled sweet potatoes 3 tablespoons shortening ¼ teaspoon salt 4 slices pineapple 6-8 dried prunes ½ cup pineapple juice ¼ cup water ¼ teaspoon nutmeg Using a large skillet, broil pork chops and sweet potato in shortening. Place a slice of pineapple on top of each pork chop. Place a prune in the center of each pineapple slice. Pineapple juice and water or meat, vegetable, fruit and cook when mixture begins to steam turn heal to simmer and cook 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Lee Luskey of 509 Resh Place, Anaheim, died very unexpectedly Tuesday at the Anaheim Community Hospital. He is survived by his parents; one brother, Robert Lee Luskey; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Nellie K. Luskey of Garden Grove, and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Marguerite H. Stander in Ohio. Recitation of Holy Rosary will be held tonight, Thursday, at 7:30 p.m. at Hilgenfeld chapel with Angel Mass Eriday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Boniface Catholic Church.
