Stars Ball Club To Train Here Again This Year The Hollywood Stars will return to Anaheim, for spring training this year, club president Robert H. Cobb has announced. "We are very happy with the facilities at La Palma park in Anaheim," Mr. Cobb said, "and we are very appreciative for all the cooperation extended to us by the city officials of Anaheim over the years." This will be the fifth straight year that the Stars have taken their spring training here. Last year, the Stars enjoyed perfect weather all spring—and went into the Pacific Coast League season in perfect physical condition. Since Anaheim is located on 40 miles from Hollywood, the club plays all of its home spring exhibition games at La Palma Park excepting the lone charity contest for the Kiwanis Cripple.
