85-Voice Choir Concert Dec. 11
The 85-voice Chapman College Concert Choir will observe the annual Messiah festival with a comprehensive presentation of selections from the "Messiah" in the Chapman auditorium at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon, Dec. 11.
With Chapman's James M. McKelvy as conductor and Ronald M. Huntington as conductor at the three-manual organ, the all-student choir and guest soloists will sing numbers from all three parts of the great religious oratorio.
Guest soloists will include Phyllis Althoff, Katherine Fessenden, Richard Robinson and Charles Scharbach.
The Messiah festival is sponsored by the Southern California Council of Christian Churches.

CMA CONFERENCE HELD WEDNESDAY
Delegates from the eighteen Southern California Regional Executive Committees of the California Manufacturers Association met Wednesday at the Statler hotel for a discussion of problems facing California industry and a review of proposals developed by CMA to meet them.
Oscar Schultz, president, Schultz Tool and Machine Manufacturing Company, Anaheim; C. H. Baldwin, Plant Manager, United States Rubber Company, Foam Plant, Santa Ana, and Max Besler, Public Relations Manager, Kwikset Locks, Inc., Anaheim, represented the Orange county region.
"The entire program of the California Manufacturers Association," said Schultz, "is pointed at one objective, a favorable industrial climateone that will encourage the expansion of industry to meet the job needs of our growing population."

21. adopted by the Board of Directors of Stanton County Water District on the 14th day of October, 1954, and as contemplated by Resolution No. 22, amending and modifying said Resolution of Intention No. 21, adopted by the Board of Directors of Stanton County Water District on the 15th day of March, 1955, filed the same office on the 14th day of November, 1955.
