The purpose of the organization will be to share a baby sitter one morning each week, while doing the things that young women enjoy doing. Membership is open to any young adult woman in the community, with special invitation extended to those who are comparatively new in Anaheim, according to Nan Moore, Women's and Girl's Secretary, under whose supervision the new group will operate. Mrs. Gordon Shaw has been named temporary chairman. She will be assisted by an organization committee, who will write bylaws, plan initial program, arrange for nursery supervision and act as hostesses until the group is large enough for a full set of permanent officers. Serving on this committee will be Mrs. William Franklin, Mrs. Robert Flite, Mrs. John Simon and Mrs. Michael Laner. Meetings will be held at the YMCA, 121 S. Citron Street, each Thursday from 9:30 to 11:30. Nursery care will be provided for toddlers at the Y building under the supervision of Mrs. John Clabaugh; for crib babies at the Calvary Baptist church under the care of Mrs. Donna Thompson and for the pre-school age at the same church, under the supernancy.
