Juvenile Hall Chaplain Addresses Church Group The Rev. Edward Bateman, chaplain for the Los Angeles County Juvenile Hall, addressed Friday's meeting of the Young Adult Fellowship of the Anaheim Japanese Free Methodist church. The group has been newly organized for the convenience of those who cannot attend regular Sunday worship services. Rev.
