Past Presidents of Native Daughters Are Honored Honor went to past presidents of Grace Parlor, Native Daughters of the Golden West, at the recent meeting when each filled a chair of one of the officers. Olive Trook took over as president; Mae Lemke, Grace Moore, and Helen Anderson, first, second and third vice-presidents. Trustees were Kate Hill, Lena Lawson and Myra Bemis. Erna Watts was marshal, Matilda Enfield, past president; Doris Jacobsen, recording secretary; Pauline Johnson, financial secretary; Eva Rice, treasurer; Pattie Eastman, organist; and Agnes Pelous and Christine Dunham, sentinels. Mrs. I. Richardson, of Santa Ana Parlor, supervising district deputy, was special guest. An invitation was extended to officers and members to attend a workshop at Silver Sands Parlor, Huntington Beach, May 17. During the social hour, a humorous play was enjoyed and the birthdays of Doris Jacobsen, Edna Gengar and Jeanne Parks were celebrated. LEGAL NOTICES (Pub. Anaheim Gazette, March 21, April 7, 1955).
