Notice is hereby given that regular meeting of the Board of Rectors, held on the 9th day of gust, 1954, Assessment No. Three Dollars ($3.00) per share levied on the Capital Stock Corporation, payable at the office of the Company at 116 South Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, Orange city, California.
Any stock upon which this notice shall remain unpaid on the day of September 1954 shall bequent and advertised for sale or sale auction, and unless payment made before, will be sold on the day of October 1954 at 8: o'clock to pay delinquent assessment, or with the cost of advertising expenses of sale.

Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors, held on the 9th day of August, 1954, Assessment No. 29 of three Dollars ($3.00) per share was voted on the Capital Stock of the Corporation, payable at the office of the Company at 116 South Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, Orange County, California.

MOZLEY as Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Division I Part 6 Chapter 8 Article 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code; That an agreement dated May 25, 1954, has been made by the Board of Supervisors of the said county of Orange with the City of Anaheim for the sale to said City of Anaheim of the following described property which has been deeded to the State of California for delinquent taxes and or assessments, and which has also been deeded to the said City of Anaheim for delinquent taxes and or assessments;
