Anaheim Hosts Fuchsia Festival Many new unusual species of the fuchsia family were shown at the Fuchsia Bloom Festival Ten, Tuesday, June 29, at the American Logion clubhouse. The display, one of the highlights of open house held by the Orange County Branch of the National Fuchsia Society of America, was well attended. Following the informal tea, the society's regular meeting was held with Gordon Lloyd Baker, prominent TV and radio lecturer, as guest speaker. The July meeting will be a jitney picnic in the city park at 6:30 p.m., July 27. David Gilfillan, garden editor of the Pasadena Independent, will speak on "Summer Gardening in Southern California."
