Bank of America to Hold Open House December 18 The public will get a preview of Bank of America's beautiful new branch Friday evening of this week (Dec. 18), it was announced today by Manager O. E. Hanson. Open house will be held from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and the entire personnel staff will be on hand to show visitors through the modern design banking premises. Light refreshments will be served all evening. The new building is at the southwest corner of Center and Claudina Streets and is directly across from the present branch of the bank which it will replace. December Services ST. Twice as large as the old branch, it has exactly double the number of teller windows as the old. Two of the 28 windows will be for handling large deposits, freeing the remaining windows for faster service on normal transactions. The public lobby is three times as large as the old one, safe deposit facilities have been increased, lending officers' section doubled. Jesse Le Mon is passing the cigars.
