Phil Renick is Named Fullerton Cadillac Dealer The appointment of Phil Renick as the Cadillac dealer at Fullerton was announced last week by Fred Murray, general manager of the Los Angeles branch for Cadillac Motor Car Division. The great increase of Cadillac owners in the Fullerton-North Orange county area, in keeping with the rapid growth of the area, has prompted the establishment of the first Cadillac dealership in Fullerton, Murray pointed out. Phil Renick Cadillac is located in Renick's present headquarters at 701 S. Spadra rd. The modern, up-to-date building is only three years old and comprises 20,000 square feet of Cadillac sales and service. Renick is well known to the Southland automotive field and has been an automobile dealer in Fullerton for the past year. He resides in Fullerton with his wife Betty, and son, Leonard. Bill Mueller, veteran Cadillac service manager, heads up the service department with C. G. Casper, parts manager; Czerny Peringer, used car manager, and C. L. Edmondson, office manager. LeRoy Ater Wins Photo Contest Leroy Ater of 10211 Harber Blvr., Anaheim, won first and third awards in photographic competition Thursday evening at the meeting of the black-and-white section of the Orange County Fotoguide. A wood carver was the subject of his first place winner. Second place and honorable mention went to Mrs. Julia Foss of Yorba Linda. William L. Dow presided at the session which was held at the Santa Ana Junior college. Judge for the meeting was Millidge Ray of Long Beach, salon exhibitor, past president of the Southern California Council of Camera clubs and a member of the Long Beach Camera Guide. The area of Formosa is slightly more than that of Massachusetts and Connecticut combined. GM Promotes Thomas Willett Thomas J. Willette of A has been promoted to proctegeer in the Engineering ment of the Buick-Olds Pontiac Assembly Division for Motors at South Garciaording to an announcement Henry L. Clark, manager. Mr. Willette has worked South Gate plant since 1954 and his wife Norma and her children live at 1500 E. Blind in Anaheim. Bus Schedule S A special bus will leave heim Bus Depot, 217 S. L.
