Baccalaureate Set For Nurse School Of Co.Hospital
Thirty students of the Orange County General Hospital School of Nursing are slated to graduate in exercises at Fullerton JC auditorium Aug. 7; 7:30 p.m.The public is invited.
Baccalaureate services for the graduates will be held Aug. 2 at 7:30 p.m., in First Baptist church of Anaheim corner of Broadway and Citron sts.The Rev.Bob Kevorkian will deliver the Baccalaureate set for Nurse School Of Co.Hospital

Bacccalaureate services for the graduates will be held Aug. 2 at 7:30 p.m., in First Baptist church of Anaheim, corner of Broadway and Citron sts. The Rev. Bob Kevorkian will deliver the Bacccalaureate address on the topic: "What of the Significance of Life."
Orange County chapter of the Glideon International has presented white New Testaments as tokens of honor to the graduates.
The County Hospital School of Nursing is the only institution for the training of professional nurses in the county.
Ohio State Club Sets Meet July 31
The Ohio State club will hold their annual meeting and pot luck dinner in the Round House of Santa Ana's Santiago Park tomorrow at 6:30 p.m.
Former residents of Ohio are invited to attend and bring prospective members, President J. G. Blower of Santa Ana, said.
Those attending are asked to bring one of the following items in a quantity to serve ten persons: meat dish, vegetable dish, salad dish or dessert.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. A Fiske, of 759 North Janss st., have as their houseguest, for the Summer vacation, Mrs. Vera Morier, of Butte, Montana. Mrs. Morier is a member of the teaching staff of the Butte public schools.

VACATION
Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Lillywhite of 835 Clementine st. have just returned from a two-week vacation trip. With their four children Jay, Susan, Nancy and Ann, they spent a week in Yellowstone National park, and then traveled on to Salt Lake City, Utah, to visit relatives.
NSGW Holds Pit Barbecue Tuesday
Mother Colony, Parlor Native Sons of the Golden West held their 8th annual Early California style pit barbecue at La Palma Park Tuesday evening. Several hundred natives and their friends from all parts of Northern Orange county attended.
President Loren E. Wagner presented James Tuffree with a 12-pound turkey as a token of appreciation for his efforts during the year.
Lawrence Lemke of Placentia and his committee barbecued the beef in true California open pit style. Mrs. Loren Wagner and her committee of Native Daughters assisted the Native Sons serving the dinner.
Entertainment was furnished by the Spanish Troubadores.
