Spare Garage Is Square-Day It's "swing yer pardner at night at Ray and Irma Lee Damerells," when we set out to play a playroom for the children. Is their's during the day but on Saturday night our friends naturally drive over to form square or two and the party started! Two Garages No, you aren't seeing doubles when you drive up to their playground. There really are two garages. When the Damerells bought the property two years ago, chose it because of the pleasant location of the three bedrooms house, the completely fenced yard and the fact that the measured an ample 52 x 160 ft. The location of the second garage directly behind the first is the rear of the lot was an added dividend. The original owners had planned to convert it into a rental unit, but the Damerell saw its possibilities as a rumble room. Damerell, grocery buyer Alpha Beta stores but a man with hammer and saw well, closed up the garage dale asphalt tile on the floor finished the interior walls wall board. By painfing walls a light green and adobe gas heat, he had an attractive multi-purpose room, 17 x 22 overall. Gift Gets Them Started A gift of an album of squared dance records for their portfolios.
