Kwikset Locks, Inc., has announced the appointment of Dav. M. Snow as personnel director of the Anaheim lockset manufacturing firm. He comes to TELEVISION
Anaheim Future Farmers Schedule Chapter Activities for New Year
The Anaheim chapter of the Future Farmers of America started its 1952-53 year a little early by having an executive committee meeting at Moon camp near Big Bear last Wednesday and Thursday to plan their year's program.
Those in attendance were:
Kwikset from the personnel department of Beckman Instruments Corp., of South Pasadena.
Snow took industrial psychology work at the University of Missouri and currently is taking courses at UCLA in industrial relations. He saw war service in the army.
From 1946 to 1949, Snow was employed in the South Gate, Calif., and Detroit plants of General Motors as personnel officer and training specialist. In the latter part of 1949 he joined Beckman Instruments.
Snow and his wife and two children now are residing in Placentia. Mrs. Snow is a native of Finland. The couple met at Occidental college in Eagle Rock.

A calendar was set up which includes in part, Sept. 15, first FFA meeting in the newly decorated agricultural building; Oct. 15, greenhand initiation; Nov. 10, chapter farmer initiation; Feb. 21, annual parent-son banquet; May 19, annual senior dinner at the imperial restaurant in Garden Grove; June, annual softball tourney at Newport Beach.
Committee chairmen who will be instrumental in implementing the chapter's activities are Duane Lindgren, supervised farming committee; James Cuthbert, cooperation committee; Roger Burrows, community service committee; Rodger DeMille, leadership committee; Jerry Fischbeck, earnings and savings committee; Larry Fischbeck, conduct of meetings; Richard Williams, scholarship committee; Kennon Laird, recreation committee; Don McCulston and Ronald Korn, co-chairmen of the general committee for chapter participation in civic and general group activities.
The aim of Anaheim FFA chapter will be to cooperate in every way to help its members to become better citizens of the United States.
