Final Combined Service Sunday
The final message for the Combined Evening Services will be given by Dr. Harold Humbert on Sunday evening, 7:30 o'clock, at the Evangelical United Brethren church. Dr. Humbert's topic will be: "The Man with the Marks of Jesus."
Rev. William Walker will preside: Walt Taylor will lead the congregations singing, and Mrs. Clifford Elliott will present the special music. Youngster Caught Attempting Theft
A 13-year-old Anaheim juvenile was apprehended by police Wednesday night as he attempted to pry open a window at McCoy Motor Co. agency at S20 N. Los Angeles st.
The youngster admitted to police that he was attempting to steal some hubcaps for his brother's car and that he had previously stolen caps from parked cars. In addition he told of entering a small Anaheim store where he took a dollar bill, shoe laces and shoe polish.
Officers found the hubcaps and shoe polish at the boy's home. He was turned over to the county juvenile home in Santa Ana to be held on a charge of attempted burglary.
Bonded Homes' Second Unit to Open to Public
Second Anaheim unit of Bonded Homes is being previewed this weekend, it was announced yesterday by C. Fred Smith, president of Bonded Homes, Inc.

Gospel Team Completes First Lap Of Mobile Camp Meeting Tour
Lloyd Wise and Wife Gladys Chosen By Evangelist T. T. Ward To Assist in National Campaign
Successful Ten Day Meetings at Ferndale In Beautiful Redwood Camp Completed with Many Decisions and Healings through Prayer.
ONE MAN WALKED UNASSISTED AFTER 48 YEARS
LLOYD and GLADYS WISE
Wise and his wife recently purchased a 20-ft. trailer. They will use it as their home while assisting Rev. Ward in further meetings, confident that the Lord will use them mightily as they seek to spread the Gospel while wheeling from place to place.
Their next stop will be at Terre Haute, Indiana, where they will join Ward in a six-weeks campaign using for the first time, a brand new tent recently purchased by Ward and capable of seating record crowds.
DEDICATES LIFE TO GOSPEL WORK
Well known and remembered for his Young People's work at the Buena Park Pentecostal Church of God, as well as many tent meetings in this area, Wise feels called of God to full-time Christian service. He will assist in preaching and conducting a series of tent meetings planned by Evangelist Ward, who enjoys a record of many years of healing ministry throughout California. In one, at Farmerville, a mailman's wife, unable to walk for 27 years, was healed and walked away.
Mrs. Wise will accompany her husband, assisting him in his work. Mr. and Mrs. Wise and Reverend Ward have been invited to conduct meetings in Cuba early next year.
FORMERLY IN BUSINESS LOCALLY
Lloyd Wise is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wise of Fullerton, where Mr. Wise, Sr. operates the Wise Trucking Co., as well as a Dehydrating Plant in Anaheim. Lloyd has been associated with his father in this business prior to his evangelistic program.
During their short week-end stop they will welcome their friends at their home at 877 Fern Dr., Fullerton, before taking off for Terre Haute.

It was announced that Bob Callison, a newcomer to the Jaycees, had rejoiled the service in the army corps of engineers.

Christian Science
The fact that God is infinite Mind is discussed in the Sunday Lesson-Sermon on "Mind" in all Christian Science churches.
The Golden Text from Psalms (67:3,4) reads, "Let the people praise thee. O God; let all the people praise thee. O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth."
Mark's Gospel records (1:23-27) that "a man with an unclean spirit" cried out to Jesus, "Saying, let us alone; what have we to do with thee... And Jesus rebuke him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And he came out of him. And they were all amazed... saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him."
Mary Baker Eddy says in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures": "When man is governed by God, the ever-present Mind who understands all things, man knows that with God all things are possible. The only way to this living Truth, which heals the sick, is found in the Science of divine Mind as taught and demonstrated by Christ Jesus" (p. 180).
