POLITIPS . . . The committees and progress on the Republican convention are way back of schedule, and even though they were supposed to adjourn yesterday, the radio and television, making it almost be seen today, and in all probability, tomorrow. This still prevents programming on radio and television, making it almost impossible to give listings in our regular "TELE-TIPS" and "DIAL-LITE" sections. The convention takes priority over everything else, even the telecasting of the All-Star baseball game last Tuesday, because of only one microwave line coming West, and the fact that the convention is pooled.
