All Orange county is urged to join in "Hospital Week" to be held over the nation Sunday, May 11 through the 18th. Also joining in this forward looking movement mayors of county cities are invited to take similar action, and most of them have already responded heartily endorsing the idea and are planning to issue suitable proclamations.

Orange county beekeepers, members of the Farm Bureau Beekeeper's Department, are sponsoring a project for members interested in beekeeping as a part of 4-H clubwork, reports H. W. Longfellow, farm advisor.
A committee was appointed at the last meeting of the Beekeepers Department to develop an awards program. The committee is composed of Mr. and Mrs. Travis Cantrell, chairman; Mr. and Mrs. Jim Crawford, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Watts, and Mr. Longfellow.
The committee met last week at the Canerell's to draw up an awards program that might stimulate 4-H members to greater activity. The project as outline takes into consideration: (1) Record book selection to be made prior to the Achievement program, 25 points; (2) The average honey production by hive, taking grade and quality into consideration, 35 points; (3) Points will be given for prizes won on exhibits in the Orange County Fair in August, 25 points; (4) Cooperation with the adult advisor will be considered 15 points.
Awards will be made in three groups. First group will include members 10-12 years of age. Second group is for members 13-15 years old and the third group is for those 15 years of age.
