LAUNDRY·INTERIOR—Above is a view of the modern and well lighted and ventilated laundry department of the French Laundry and Dry Cleaners. The picture looks across the recently arrived laundry bundles toward the finishing section. At the left, are the warm air tumblers which dry the clothing coming from the washing machines. At the right is the ironer which irons sheets, towels, and other flat work. In the left rear of the picture is the shirt section where presses shirts and folds them for your dress drawer. Not shown in the picture are the room, which would be at the left foreground, the photograph, and the marking-in section which is out of the photograph at the right which receives the laundry from the router and front receiving counter.

It is announced that Mrs. Baird Ryan, owner of the expansion program, the firm is now able to offer a brand new feature on shirt service if requested.

"We decided to hold an open house Tuesday in order to quaint the public with what have to offer them, Earl."
We have spent thousands of dollars in enlarging and modernizing our plant. We proud of the modern facilities we want as many people as possible to visit us. The improvement which we have made are definite proof of our faith in the future of Anaheim.
"We not only have more equipment but we have skilled operators in all departments. Guides will show visitors through the plant and explain the different operations. We believe that inspection will prove very interesting."
