TAXES — Anaheimers will pay $9,450,000 as their share of the $85.4 billion federal budget. The federal government's proposed budget as submitted by Harry S.; Truman is more than $155,276,000 for Orange county. That's seven times the $22,410,285 property tax levy for all the local government functions of the county. It's about time something were done about a balanced federal budget.
