Yorba Lindan Gets 4-H Club Award Triple recognition for outstanding 4-H club work has come to Roy Rosedale, Fullerton Junior college freshman from Yorba Linda, this week. He has received a Standard Oil Company scholarship for $270, the 1951-52 All-Star award for Orange County in 4-H work, and he has won the 4-H tractor-maintenance contest for the county. For winning the All-Star designation, Rosedale will receive an expense-paid trip to Berkeley next spring for the 4-H All-Star convention. There, he will be eligible for the Diamond Star competition, the state winner of which will go to the national convention in Washington. Rosedale is also now eligible for state competition in tractor maintenance. An agriculture major at Fullerton junior college, Rosedale is not the only agricultural award winner in his family. An older brother at the college took such an award last spring. Prizes Waiting To Be Claimed Announcement that the opening of Frank's Texaco Service Station at Placentia ave. and Olive rd. this past weekend was a big success was made today by Frank Clear, owner.
