Anaheim Future Farmers Pick Up 29 Fair Prizes Picking up the first place prize-money for their booth and 28 other assorted ribbons, Anaheim's Future Farmer chapter invaded virtually every competitive agricultural event at this year's Orange county fair. For their booth, the Anaheim high school contingent won $65. Complete results were: Steers: (700-850 pound class) 1st, Roger Burrows; 2nd, Kenneth Van Dyke; 3rd, Kenneth Van Dyke (all choice grade) and 3rd, Bill Teague (commercial grade). Rickel of the Los Padres forest said the fire had blackened 6000 acres of both brush and timber land. He said a rise in humidity and lowering winds were helping the fire fighters.
