The Golden Text is from Isaiah (26:8): "In the way of thy judgments, O Lord, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thiee." A Bible story from Matthew relates that a centurion besought Jesus to heal his servant, who was sick of the palsy. Jesus said, "I will come and heal him." The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof; but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed." Jesus said, "Go thy way; and as thou hairt believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour" (8:7, 8:13). Correlative citations from "Science ad Health with Key to the Scriptures" include: "Mind is the master of the corporeal senses, and can conquer sickness, sin, and death. Exercise this God-given authority. Take possession of your body, and govern its feeling and action" (p. 393). Niagara Falls is half a mile wide. It was announced by Santa Ana police today. Rand was arrested late Wednesday after being accused by the 8-year-old girl and in his statement to police admitted that he had molested the child while participating in games with little girls, to whom he had given candy. Police said it had not been determined whether Rand, who was placed on parole last September after serving three years in prison for a similar offense, would be returned to prison as a parole violator, or fresh charges would be filed against him.
