NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Director of Agriculture of the State of California, on May 17, 1951, seized, under the provisions of Section 380.6 of the Agricultural Code, the following described estray animal: One brown horse mule, about 10 years old, grey around head, scars on knees, not branded. This mule was picked up at 10372 So. Hansen Road, Anaheim, and is being held at the Cypress Auction Yard, Cypress.
Notice is further given that if no claim is made by the owner to the Director of Agriculture for said animal, he will sell the same as provided by law after 30 days from date of seizure.
