DANIEL S. SHELDON and MARY F. SHELDON, husband and wife, and ALBERT H. SHELDON and NANNIE SHELDON, husband and wife, DOE ONE, DOE TWO, DOE THREE, and ROE ONE COMPANY, a Corporation.

DANIEL S. SHELDON and MARY F. SHELDON, husband and wife, and ALBERT H. SHELDON and NANNIE SHELDON, husband and wife, DOE ONE, DOE TWO, DOE THREE, and ROE ONE COMPANY, a Corporatop.
Defendants.
You are directed to appear in an action brought against you by the armed plaintiff in the Superior Court of the State of California in the County of Orange, and to answer the complaint therein within ten days after the service on you of this summons. If served within the County of Orange, or within thirty days if served elsewhere, and you are notified that unless you so appear and answer as above required, the plaintiff will take judgment for any money or damages demanded in the complaint, as arising upon contract, or will apply to the Court for any other relief demanded in the complaint.
