Lifetime Homes Sold Out Here
Moving along with Anaheim's building boom and a step ahead of government credit restrictions, the last of the popular Lifetime Homes were sold out here this week to make the second of the company's three tracts now completely sold, officials revealed today.
Now only the company's Fullerton tract in the 600 block on East Chapman has homes that are available to veterans for no down payment, the Lifetime office reported.
"Only a few homes remain at the Fullerton site and when they too are sold we will have no more for 'nothing down'," Henry C. Cox, president of the company, declared.
Early last year Lifetime Homes opened tracts in Santa Ana, Anaheim and Fullerton totaling 1000 homes. All were of the three-bedroom, tropical modern type and available to veterans on the "nothing down" contract. The

Railroad Worker And His Family Praise Hadacol
Hadacol Supplies Vitamins B1, B2, Niacin and Iron, Which His System Lacked
Railroad men all over the country are known for their extreme diligence and their wonderful sense of observation. Mr. G. E. Moncus/121 Columbus, Montgomery, Ala., who has had sixteen full years of fine service as a railroad flagman, is no exception. He is proud of the excellent job he is doing, and his observation powers are not limited to his job by any means. For instance, when Mr. Moncus noticed how much better his wife was beginning to feel, he decided he had better try the same thing and he, too, might feel better. Yes, Mr. Moncus started taking HADACOL and now he says: "I have lots of pop and energy and just feel good in every way." Mr. and Mrs. Moncus were suffering deficiencies of Vitamins B1, B2, Niacin and Iron, which HADACOL contains.
Mr. Moncus says: "Quite some time ago I began having indigestion and sour stomach. My food just didn't digest right. I'd get a full, gassy feeling after I ate. This affected my appetite and my real estate law, money management, salesmanship, Gregg aborand, beginning and advanced typing."
Algebra, analytic geometry, blue print and calculus will be given as spring mathematics courses. Physical education courses are physical fitness for women; folk dancing and square dancing.
Other courses are: English, non-English speaking and Americanization, great books, elementary psychology and conversational Spanish. For further information telephone Fullerton 1783.

Well, next week starts a new semester, but what a week this has been, believe me! What with half-day holidays, semester exams, and just the general confusion of everyone "hurrying and scurrying to "get my back work made up" or "finish my notebook."
The drama department makes the news in two ways this week.
First of all Miss Louise Hitt, AUHS drama teacher, has disclosed that the junior play this year will be "Not In a Thousand Years," a three-act comedy by E. Clayton McCarty and that all juniors will be eligible to try out for the play Feb. 1 and 2.
Second is that "Balcony Scene," the one-act fantasy to be given at the Pasadena Playhouse in April by the Drama Club members will be previewed next Wednesday night at the Anaheim high school auditorium, by the faculty and the Drama club members' parents.
Tuesday during recreation pe
rld all Connies and Clems will be digging in pockets and searching in their purses for five-cent pieces. The reason for all this is that the Girls League cabinet members will be in the cafeteria selling cup cakes. Incidentally, the girls made the cup cakes themselves.
Tomorrow night is the night! Yes, it's finally just, you might say, around the corner. I hope you all know what I am talking about, but just in case you don't, I'll tell you. I've been talking about one of the biggest events of the year—the snow ball. It's really going to be a gala affair with special winter decorations, and featured will be the music of Eustace Rojas Esquires. The dance is to take place in the Ebell club.
Paul Demaree, AUHS principal, has announced that drills in preparation for atomic attack are expected to start next week.
Anaheim meets Orange tonight on the Panthers court at 8 p.m. Anaheim has lost two games since Friday while the Panthers have yet to win one.
