Ramsay-Frost Single Ring Service in Santa Ana Episcopal Church of Messiah
White gladiolus and green toliage decorated the altar of Episcopal Church of the Messiah in Santa Ana for the afternoon wedding of Miss Czarina Ramsay, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Ramsay of Anaheim, to Russell Frost of Santa Ana.
The Rev. Wesley Havermale officiated at the single ring services.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore white satin with a high neckline and peter pan collar. Her veil of exquisite antique lace was worn by her grandmother on her wedding day and she carried a handkerchief which had belonged to the bridegroom's grandmother. Red roses in a cluster of rosebuds formed her bouquet.
The bride's cousin, and matron of honor, was Mrs. Nicholas Mayall who wore an ankle length gown of lavender taffeta and carried yellow carnations;
Miss Rita Ramsay, the bride's sister, was bridesmaid. The bodice of her gown was in pink satin with a hoop skirt falling over matching pink taffetta. She carried pink carnations.
Phyllis Carlson, a childhood friend of the bride, came from Yakima, Washington, to be a bridesmaid.
Donald Frost was best man and ushers were Dale and Jack Frost. Mrs. Pat Neddler, soloist, was accompanied by Mrs. Erna Bradford at the organ.
Candles were lighted before the service by Donald Ramsay, the bride's brother.
Assisting at the reception which followed the ceremony were Mrs. Fred Ramsay, Miss Henrietta Schumacher, Mrs. Jack Ramsay, Mrs. Dale Frost and Sally Frost.
The large white wedding cake was decorated in traditional Irish fashion with doves, wedding ring, white wedding slippers and a gold horse shoe placed on the frosting.
Mrs. Ramsay wore a blue crepe formal with matching hat and a corsage of pink rosebuds. The
