2 cups cooked mararoni
2 cups bread crumbs
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 small can pimento
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cups scalded milk
¼ cup melted butter or oleo
2 cups grated cheese
¾ teaspoon salt
1 small green pepper
4 eggs
Grind onion, pepper and pimento. Scald milk and pour over crumbs. Add butter and other dry ingredients. Add geaten yolks fold in whites, and put in pan of hot water and bake 2 hours. When ready to serve pour over the following sauce:
MUSHROOM SAUCE
2 tablespoons butter or oleo
½ cup cream
1 cup canned chicken soup
2 tablespoons flour
1 can mushrooms
Seasonings to taste
Blend flour and melted butter. Heat soup and cream in a double boiler. Add the flour mixture, mushrooms and seasonings to the hot milk and blend.
TUNA HOT DISH
4 tablespoons oleo
4 tablespoons flour
2½ cups milk
1 cup tuna fish
3 oz. potato chips
½ cup mushrooms
Heat the fat, add flour and seasoning. Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Flake the fish and add potato chips. Sprinkle a few potato chips on top of all and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Word received from Soden, chairman of the space at the Anaheim Hall Festival and Fair, says the amount of space already the exhibit tent is way above expectations and it looks as will be a complete sell out.
