In the Matter of the Application of Rudolph C. Reyes and Cruz F. Reyes, husband and wife for Change of Name.
WHEREAS Rudolph C. Reyes and Cruz F. Reyes, husband and wife, have filed their petition to change their names from Rudolph C. Reyes and Cruz F. Reyes to Rudolph R. Martin and Cruz F. Martin;
Now therefore it is hereby ordered that all persons interested in the matter aforesaid, appear at Department No. 2 of the said Superior Court at the Court House in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange and State of California on the 21st day of July, 1950 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., of said day and then there to show cause, why said application for change of name should not be granted.
It is further ordered that a copy of this order to show cause lie published in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation published in the city of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California for 4 successive weeks, next preceding the date set for hearing thereof.
