Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Benson, of this city, are visiting their son, Lee C. Benson, at San Lorenzo.

Mrs. Francis Nipper, of this city, and Mrs. W. C. Kelley, of Riverside, went to Eunice, New Mexico, last Friday, to see their sister, Mrs. Barney Wilson, who was seriously injured in an automobile accident.
All P-TA presidents and vice-presidents for the coming year, that are program chairmen, are urged to attend a meeting to be held June 1, at 9:45 a.m., in the chapel of Orange Coast college. Meeting will be over promptly at 11:30 a.m.

Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Woodbury of Monterey, spent the week-end visiting at the home of his mother, Mrs. F. C. Woodbury, 627 S. Emily st. They returned to Monterey today, accompanied by his mother who plans to visit them at their home, for a week or two.

The Orange County branch of the American Begonia society will meet Thursday, June 1, at 7:30 p.m., in the Farm Bureau hall, 353 S. Main st., Orange. Mr. E. A. "Sandy" Sanderson, from Sandy's Nursery, 784 Walton st., Long Beach, will give a talk on Pelargoniums. Visitors are welcome to attend the meetings.

Mrs. S. E. Loard was installed as president of the Anaheim Parent-Teachers Association council, last Friday, when the local group met at the home of Mrs. Arthur C. Korn, 827 S. Walnut st.
Mrs. Claude Crosby, president of the 4.h district, used a "Ship's Crew" theme, as she installed Mrs. Board, and the following new officers: Mrs. W. G. Head, vice-president; Mrs. J. Thacker, second vice-president; Mrs. Conan Gray, corresponding secretary; Mrs. Charles Waldo, recording secretary; Mrs. A. D. Smith, historian; Mrs. Walter Meade, parliamentarian; Mrs. Frank Wick, auditor; Mrs. Jess Davenport, treasurer.
Mrs. R. C. Hein, retiring president, was presented with a past president's ptn and a lovely set of dishes from the P-TA council.

Mrs. Loard urged all presidents and vice-presidents, that are program chairmen, to attend a meeting which will be held next Thursday, at 9:45 a.m., at Orange Coast college. At this time, new ideas for program planning for the coming year, will be discussed.
Mrs. Korn was hostess for the potluck luncheon which preceded the installation and business meeting.
