Mailing of potential registrations cards for trucks and trailers is unlawful way at the present time, and the potentials for automobiles and motorcycles will go in the mail shortly after Christmas.

Production of Oranges Up 12%
Sacramento (WNS)—Indicate orange production for the present season is about 12 per cent more than last year, but still under average.
This announcement was made by the California crop and livestock reporting service, which completed a survey fixing production at 41,500,000 boxes this year, as compared to 65,400,000 boxes for Florida.
New crop of California grapfruit, the service said, points slightly higher production than last year, while the expected lemon crop will be about one-fifth larger than that harvested last season but somewhat less than the previous year.
Drinking drivers help to make the December traffic toll higher says the California highway patrol Drinking and driving never goes well together. Why not play it safe and let someone drive without drinking?
Want Motorists To Prevent Bloody Xmas
Sacramento (WNS)—Traffic on California highways this Christmas will probably be the heaviest in history, Clifford E Peterson, highway patrol commissioner said today as plans were laid to cope with the increase in traffic.
"Last December we averaged more than 200 traffic accidents and injured and killed 290 persons each of the 31 days," the commissioner added. "This year's toll will depend on how each individual driver and pedestrian reacts to the additional hazards connected with the heavier traffic."
Peterson listed the following hints for safe driving and walking during the next few weeks:
Keep your car under control at all times, regardless of traffic and weather conditions.
Obey all the traffic laws, signs and signals.
Be extremely cautious during fog and in rainy weather.
Make courtesy an important part of your traffic habits.
Body temperature generally reaches its highest point at about 7 p.m.
