Building Firm Promises Quick Action on Homes
An announcement of particular interest to home-seeking veterans was made recently when the J. L. Dandy & Co., building firm, disclosed plans concerning its new project in Willowick Village.
Long established in the San Fernando valley, this company has an enviable reputation in the building and contracting business, and already 212 of their homes are veteran-occupied at Foothill Village with 105 more homes rapidly being completed. The Dandy company has now developed facilities to allow them to build and complete 80 homes per month, according to officials of the company.
The two-bedroom homes in Willowick Village, a model of which may be seen on Gunther, near 5th, in West Santa Ana, will cost the veteran approximately $6,450, including lot, and will qualify for 100% veteran loans. Veterans who need housing and want quick action are urged to consult the J. L. Dandy Company official, who will be available at the model home at the address given above.
