Boasting of a travel-history that would astound even a wearer of fabled seven-league boots, the choice of 20 voices has toured in all but three states of this nation and has appeared in four European countries as well. Overseas, "Wings Over Jordan" appeared before hundreds of thousands of GI's and civilians in Italy, France, Germany and Belgium. Before the war, their regular network broadcasts each Sunday, were picked up by the British Broadcasting company and rebroadcast to all of Europe. In addition to their overseas jaunt, "Wings Over Jordan" has broadcast from nearly every city in the country. The CBS network picks up their coast-to-coast broadcasts each Sunday from whatever city the aggregation happens to be playing. Field Trip for Bird Groups Members of the Orange County Bird club and Audubon Society will gather for a field trip October 6. The group will meet at the railroad overpass, 101 highway, at the north end of Fullerton at 7:30 o'clock in the morning. Mr. and Mrs. Ray E. Starbuck of Fullerton are arranging the itinerary of the tour, so that the birds now present in the northern part of the county may be observed. As the autumn migration of many birds is now underway, there is a probability that exceptional birds may also be viewed during the forthcoming tour, according to Dr. Earl Sanders, president of the Orange County Bird club. The bird refuge near Carlsbad was the scene of the groups' September tour. Approximately 50 different species of birds were identified, including a large group of Wood Ibises, or storks, rarely seen and a flight of White pelicans, rarely seen this far south. A pair of dainty Mexican Grebes were also observed, far from their native habitat. Local Man Lands Another Marlin A 146 pound marlin was landed in 45 minutes by Ivan L.
