Judicial Court and Lois Rebekahs Are Hostess to Districts Friday In the picturesque setting of floral and fern arrangements throughout the spacious I.O.O.F. lodge rooms, the Lois Rebekah lodge of Anaheim played hostess to over 200 members and guests at their all day semi-annual district meeting beginning at 10 o'clock last Friday morning, Feb. 1. Helen Pannier, noble grand, presided over the business session and introduced Berthyle Reisinger, district deputy president of the lodge, who in turn presented Ethel Louderback, of Orland, Calif., president of the Rebekah assembly of California, presiding as instructress for the day. Escort honors were extended the assembly president and other assembly officers as follows: Nell Gartin, vice president; Florence Bonetto, warden of Rebekah assembly; Theresa Clara, past president from Whittier; Pearl McClury, past president from Idaho, and Henry Mang, past grand patriarch! Other visitors introduced were Lena Hedeen from Pennsylvania; Dairy Newport from Ohio; Myrtle Kuypers, Colorado; and Sophia Henning, Illinois. Following the luncheon period the noble grands and vice grands of the seven districts presented the president with a lovely gift and the local lodge also presented her with an exquisite orchid. During the dinner hour, a follow-up affair held at the Church of Christ, Lois Rebekahs presented her with a special gift. Each lodge of the district exemplified some part of their work.
