Boatswain In U.S. Navy Is Wedded To Charming Anaheim Girl While Here On Three Weeks' Leave When Chief Boatswain Joseph Wagner departs tomorrow for his U.S. Naval station at Philadelphia, he will resume his duties under the new status of a married man. For his wedding to Mrs. Ruth W. Mosher of 215 East Wilhelmina street, was an event of Monday evening, in the parsonage home of the Rev. Thomas L. Burden, pastor of White Temple Methodist church. The marriage rites conducted by the Rev. Mr. Burden were quietly impressive. The bride paid deference to her bridegroom's place in the nation's armed forces, by choosing a smart suit in navy blue, worn with white satin blouse and accented by dress accessories in rich burgundy hues and her corsage cluster of orchids. Mrs. Miles Peet, who served her sister-in-law as matron of honor, also wore a suit in lighter shade of blue, with white blouse and black accessories. Her flowers were gardenias. Lewis Rees assisted Mr. Wagner as best man. Mr. and Mrs. Miles Peet were hosts at the reception complimenting the newlyweds, receiving the wedding guests in their home, 318 North Janss street. It was bright with flowers and bridal decorations for the event. The happy couple made a pretty ceremony of cutting their wedding cake, which was served with wedding bell-centered ices and coffee. Guests included with Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wagner and Mrs. Nancy Peet, parents of the bridegroom and bride, the latter's small son, Master Stanley Mosher, Mr. and Mrs. Loren Peet, Mr. and Mrs. George Webb, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Rees, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Riske, Mrs. Flora Davis, Mrs. Moriarty, Miss Georgia Cottington, Mrs. Ferne Heil, Messrs.
