Phillip C. Richards To Serve at Hawaii

It isn't so bad if you're late and you know it, but it is certainly provoking when you're late because of not knowing.
Before leaving El Paso, I made some appointments for tomorrow in Dallas. Too late to change them so I guess the cavern trip out until some time in the future.
Anyway I did enjoy the trip up here. The road from El Paso follows the old Butterfield Star Coach route through the Guadalupe mountains. Signal and Guadalupe peaks (highest points Texas) are in this range.
Some 40 miles south of the New Mexico border are the Salt Lake area known as the Guadalupe lakes and were the scene of the El Paso salt war in 1877. A check into a history revealed nothing outstanding except "again the Texas Rangers arrived on time."

Gilmer Brown will be seen in his familiar role of The Story Teller.
"Young April," current attraction, completes its run Saturday evening.
