In Spain she also studied under the greatest dancer times in that country, the Argentia; Bilboa taught her heel technique considered the outstanding in America, her pert arm movements were paired by a Gypsy woman who though she is now around 70 minus her youthful figure, is sidered high among the artists and performs nightly. HARKER FISK, Defendents, No. 37162 NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER'S SALE Under and by virtue of an Order and Decree of Foreclosure and Writ for the Enforcement of Judgment Requiring Sale of Property issued out of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange, on the 17th day of May, 1939, in the above entitled action, wherein the above named plaintiff obtained a judgment and decree of foreclosure on the 12th day of May, 1939, which judgment and decree was on the 12th day of May, 1939, entered and recorded in Judgment Book No. 37 of said Court at page 354 et seq., (to which Judgment and Decree reference is hereby made), I am commanded to sell at public auction in the manner prescribed by law, all that certain real property situate, lying and being in the Town of Cypress, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows, to-wit: The South one-half (S½) of the Northeast quarter (NE¼) of the Northeast quarter (NE¼) of the Southwest quarter (SW¼) of Section Nine (9), in Township Four (4) South Range Eleven (11) West, San Bernardino Base Arroyo Seco Road Progress is Good Arroyo Seco Parkway now being constructed will be southern California's most modern highway when it is eventually completed. Up-to-date safety engineering designs are providing highway grade separations and divided express roadway free of intersection and roadside interferences on this link between Pasadena and Los Angeles according to a report from the engineering department of the Automobile Club of Southern California. Two overhead bridges are completed to carry Arroyo boulevard and Grand avenue traffic across the parkway, a third for Orange Grove avenue is in progress, and a major crossing for the highway over the arroyo channel is under way. This state parkway, coming to pass after years of survey and promotional effort by communities concerned, civic groups and the automobile club, will bring Pasadena and Los Angeles much closer in time, and should result in material residential and business development throughout the foothill region. Nearly a mile of wide parkway has been completed from Broadway in Pasadena to a "dead-end" at Fair Oaks avenue, giving motorists a taste of the fast, free traffic movement that the road will make possible. But from that point forward Los Angeles there is a half-mile of heavy excavation to be done to the place where the tractors, shovels and trucks are at work, and plenty of construction work remaining to carry the roofthe into Los Angeles. Adequate funds have been budgeted, however, to keep the work going, and this year will see considerable progress on the major project for motor traffic-relief.
