Blind Persons of County Get $5617 Average aid to the blind of $48.01 per person was granted to 117 persons in Orange county during February of this year, according to a study of blind aid in California counties, made public by California Taxpayers' association today. The total amount of payments of the blind in the county was $5,617 for the month, the associated found. Over California as a whole, the association said, 6,253 persons were granted an average of $47.96 in aid during February.
