Utt listed Orange county real estate worth $19,000, promissory notes and stocks in his inventory of the estate.
Flood Recurrence Believed Doubtful
Orange county may expect between 15 and 20 inches of rainfall this season, but a repetition of floods this year is doubtful, according to Martin G. Murray, weather experts, astronomer and student of earthquakes, who is assistant postmaster of Huntington Beach in the daytime.
Murray says that the sun-spot cycle reached its peak this summer, with the severest storms occurring on the up-grade.
Pointing out that it is impossible to determine in advance whether a disturbance will be a desert wind storm or a rain storm, he predicted that the first storm of the fall season will occur about September 30.
