Tournament Finals Slated on Monday Four best amateur baseball teams in southern California will clash Monday, August 15, at Wrigley Field for the southland amateur baseball championship. The presentation was made before the state chamber board of directors by A. J. McFadden, president of the organization. The luncheon will be served at 1 o'clock, following a brief program of speaking and introductions. Carloadings Under Last Year's Record Santa Fe system carloadings for the week ending August 6 were 19,941 compared with 24,223 for the same week last year. Received from connections 4,826 compared with 6,358 for the same week last week. Total cars moved 24,767 compared with 30,581 for the same week in 1937.
