Public notice is hereby given that default having been made in payment of taxes and special assessments due the City of Anaheim for the fiscal year 1935-1936 upon the property described.
I. J. S. Bouldin, as Tax Collector in and for the City of Anaheim by virtue of the power and authority in mevested by law, unless the taxes and special assessments delinquent, together with the costs and percentages due thereon are paid, will on Wednesday, the first day of July, 1936, at the hour of 10 o'clock in the forementon of that day commence to sell the real estate upon which said taxes and special assessments are a lien, at PUBLIC AUCTION, for and on account of such delinquent taxes and special assessments thereon, in my office in the City Hall, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and that I will continue such sale from day to day (Sundays and legal holidays excepted), according to the adjournments must suffer if they fall to pay.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 94 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE OFFENSES AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES THEREFOR IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM," BY ADDING A NEW SECTION THERETO. TO BE NUMBERED SECTION 2-A.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Ordinance No. 94 of the City of Anaheim, entitled, "An Ordinance Concerning the Offenses and Prescribing Penalties therefor in the City of Anaheim," be amended, by adding a news section thereto, to be Section number 2-A.
Section 2-A. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to consume any intoxicating liquor while upon any public street, sidewalk, park or alley within the City of Anaheim, or to consume any intoxicating liquor while being in an automobile or other motor driven vehicle upon any public street, alley or parkway within the City of Anaheim.
Intoxicating liquor is defined as any liquor defined as intoxicating liquor by the Liquor Control Act of the State of Califronia.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.
